Executive Function Coaching That Works

Better Habits, Less Stress, Real Results

Looking for practical support beyond traditional therapy or tutoring?

Initial Consultation

A focused thirty-minute conversation to understand your teen's challenges and explore how we can help. You'll meet directly with Mike or Sean to discuss your goals and learn about our approach. We'll talk through our Launch Phase and session structure to make sure we're the right fit for your family.

Get an Initial “Burst”

We begin with a 3-week intensive featuring three weeks of daily support. This intensive start creates momentum that helps build habits. We address what matters to your teen - homework routines, grades, sleep - with regular parent updates ensuring everyone stays aligned toward clear goals.

How It Works: A Clear Path to Progress

  • PLAN.

    Parent Interview & Intake

We learn your teen’s story—motivations, struggles, and so on. Helps us see whether our program is a fit.

    Teen Buy-In

Your teen meets their potential coach via a brief video intro, building trust and ownership from day one.

    Customized Roadmap

We craft a plan focused on the habits your teen needs—organization, screen time, stress management, or ADHD/EF support—so they can start winning right away.

  • LAUNCH.

    Daily or Weekly Check-Ins

We focus on quick wins—like streamlining homework or improving time management.

    Ultra-Specific Game Plans

We break goals into clear, doable steps. We’ll set “study sprints” to tackle homework at exact times, or schedule tasks in real-time to boost organization.

    Real-Time Troubleshooting

If a plan isn’t working, we pivot fast. Teens and parents can reach out for on-the-spot support—no more waiting a full week to fix simple issues.

  • LOCK IN.

    Sustainable Progress

As your teen sees results, we refine each strategy to ensure these wins become long-lasting.

    Regular Parent Updates

We keep you in the loop with real, honest feedback: what’s working, what’s not, and how you can help at home.

    Built to Last

We wrap up with a roadmap to independence. Changing behavior is hard! We help normalize setbacks, and make sure your teen is set up for the long-haul.

Meet Mike and Sean

Mike Goldstein

Mike designed and launched a high school as a Harvard grad student, and later interventions for teens and tweens at the Harvard Innovation Lab and the Harvard Launch Lab.  He writes for the journal Education Next and has worked with Nobel Prize-winning economists to measure program effectiveness.

Mike and his wife Pru live outside Boston; he likes tennis with his teenage son, cooking with his teenage daughter, and fetch with his 4 year old doodle.

His approach focused on real-world results rather than endless discussion. His work with teens and tweens emphasizes measurable progress and clear goals.

His style is relaxed and features low quality Dad jokes.

Sean Geraghty

Sean has spent his career helping teens thrive.

As a former Chief Academic Officer, he transformed outcomes for thousands of students across diverse communities.  As a high school math teacher in Chicago, his favorite students were the strugglers.

Sean's approach combines deep educational expertise with practical strategies for teen success.  He helps teens build confidence, manage screen time effectively, strengthen social connections, and develop the skills needed for long-term success.

Sean lives in Rhode Island with his wife and three children.
